Passport Academy Student Ambassadors Host Friendsgiving for Students, Staff

The Passport Academy Charter School Student Ambassador Program brings students together to help create a positive school culture. The program meets every other Tuesday to brainstorm activities for the school and develop peer support frameworks for grade improvement, work completion and overall academic encouragement. This week, students involved in the program organized a school-wide Friendsgiving for staff and students to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday together before the school break. Thank you to those who made donations to help support this event, including Giant Eagle Bethel Park, The Brothers of Pittsburgh Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, and Cobbler World for the delicious desserts.

Upcoming initiatives include the PACS Ambassadors Cozy Collections Clothing Drive (December 2nd - 12th) ​ for a local homeless shelter and our school holiday spirit week.

We're grateful to our PACS community - our staff, students, leadership and parents for helping us be a school full of heart, grit, determination and compassion.
